Every now and then we get to see ourselves with extreme clarity. Then in a sort of sad and blissful way we slip back into the daydream of our life.
The clarity that you have in these moments can also fill you up with a vision for your future. In a sweet flash you see a picture of yourself doing something and you have this inner feeling that you should be taking a particular action.
You take the action with a blind leap of faith into your future.
It is your intention meeting up with your inner vision that creates this path towards your dreams.
Carol Tuttle refers to this as your third eye or 6th chakra.

Open your heart up to the 4th chakra's healing center of love.
This is the fourth in the series of Carol Tuttle's videos where she explains the 7 chakra's and how the awareness of these subtle energies can enhance your life.
In my previous postings, I have shared the first three.
1st. chakra - color is red. and the gemstone stone is ruby or beautiful garnet
2nd. chakra - color is orange.

The abundance of love is a natural place for us to thrive. If you have a hurt that is not healed it can get in the way of your successes in your life. Self acceptance is associated with this heart chakra. By healing your vulnerable self you become available for new experiences in your life.
Ideas will no longer just float through your mind, they will become planted and take seed and start to grow.
Truly the truth will set you free.
Life gets easier.
The color for the fourth chakra is green.
The gemstone emerald can be worn for this chakra as an expression of the heart.

Sometimes in life the challenges can be hard. Maybe you cannot lift your emotions to shift the energy. If you find yourself there, give yourself a hug and remember that your awareness is a big part of the healing path. Never give up. Go for a walk. Breathe some air and just be grateful that you can breathe. Do something really small that you can be successful at. Realize that just by being alive you are a miracle.

Peace is a soft but powerful word.
Carol Tuttle shares with us the energies associated with the 3rd chakra in this 7 part video series.
The first chakra is associated with abundance and the color is red.
The second chakra is all about creativity, inner intimacy and the color orange.
Within the third chakra's center the energy is focused around our personal power.
The color for this chakra is yellow.
This chakra poses the question; Your inner peace can make a difference to the world being a better place.

What does your voice sound like? For that matter what does my voice sound like. These are the questions I take away from this video as a inspiration. The answer is to come from a place of love regardless of daunting external factors. I have learned from my own life experience the only change I have control over is my attitude. It truly is the journey and not the destination. Check in with yourself and ask how you are feeling. If you are overwhelmed then acknowledge just that. It is tapping into the awareness of your emotions of where you are right now that gets you back up out of the water and into the boat again.

I think Carol Tuttle's storytelling ability to explain the chakra subtle energy system of our physical body is wonderful.
Carrying on from my original posting of The Root Chakra earlier this year - I continue on sharing seven advertising video segments of her chakra series. I feel there is a lot of valuable information in these videos. Yes I realize that the prompter wants you to explore more. My suggestion is to enjoy the videos message at face value.
The color associated with the 2nd chakra is orange. Carol Tuttle suggests that you can enhance your creativity by wearing this color. The gemstone associated with enhancing this subtle energy center is carnelian. Carnelians are a orange stone that is a quartz.
Carnelian is linked with emotional warmth, sociability, creativity, individuality, courage, and self-esteem.
I find it interesting that the element of this chakra is water.
The second chakra is a combination of intimacy, and creativity. Its purpose is to explore love through relations with others and through our own creative self expression.
Shift can happen at the most unexpected time. Positive events start to weave a pattern of consistency into your day. Nice people show up in your life.
There are some beautiful affirmations to write down in this video as well.
Sacral Chakra Carol Tuttle.
When we dive into our shadow and explore the discomfort of abandoned dreams positive things can happen in our lives. It is the question of intimacy with ourselves - the creation of a redeeming life experience of love.
When I think of creativity and love and intimacy the Movie Big Fish comes to my mind. I feel this Feature Film has the orange vibration infused into it. The exploration of our hearts desire for connection and acceptance and creative expression is at the base of this powerful movie. Big Fish adapted for the big screen from the novel by author Daniel Wallace takes us on a ride through emotional fields of an orange energy and into the depths of a heart yearning for self acceptance.
